Great Paragon Healthcare, Inc. was established in 2001 by President and Founder Ms. Rita Obaseki. GPH has since become a community leader among healthcare agencies on the North and South sides of Chicago, striving for diversification within the healthcare sector while maintaining high-quality services. We strive to address community needs within our skill set by providing services that have a long-lasting impact on the lives of our clients and customers. These services range from providing education for future Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses to providing skilled and non-skilled services to clients based in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

We are approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) to teach Basic Nursing Assistant and Practical Nursing students in an effort to bolster the workforce. We are also approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), the Illinois Joint Commission, and the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) to provide home health care in Chicago, Illinois to clients that allow them to maintain dignity and have a better quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
